Hey! There are some probs with the monthly payments. You have withdrawn my money, but I do not use your services!

Hi @zhyikov; welcome to our Community and sorry to hear about this. 

 

I'm not sure how this might have happened, but I'd urge you to contact our team so we can look further into this.

 

To do so, use an incognito window without signing into any account and from there, when on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you. 

 

I hope this gets resolved for you soon and please let me know if you come up with any questions.
