Hey there @Surbon, thanks for posting on our Community and sorry to hear about this.

In this case, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Support team directly for further assistance. 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill out this form with all the relevant information and an email address we can reach you at. 

If you don't recognize the charge at all, you may also need to contact your bank as your billing information may have been compromised.
