I just got another bill of $119.88 when I have already spoken to support about canceling my subscription and refunding me a year ago! Help! I need to speak with a representative of Dropbox and get refunded. I am so disappointed- I need to pay rent and I can’t now because of this bill!

In cases like this, I'd recommend using an incognito window while NOT logged into any account and contact our team through the relevant form so we can assist further.
When on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.

I cancelled my free trial before close of business on the day indicated as the deadline. but I still was charged a month's fee. How can I get this refunded?
