I have a Basic plan but I'm being charged from Dropbox

I cancelled my 30 trial within the first 30 days.  My account is listed as basic.  I was charged $19.99 for a subscription.  My bank charge only has 8 alpha and numeric transaction ID so it will not look up a bill or allow me to talk to anyone since my account is listed as basic.   I want to first cancel subscription and second refund! Thank you for help from the community.
