I have a billing inquiry. Could you help me please?

Hi, I was automatically charged on my credit card for a year ($99) without asking whether I would like to renew my plus account. I would like to reverse this charge yearly. And instead, I would like to be charged monthly($9.99). Thank you. I look forward for support answer.

When you upgrade Dropbox you're agreeing to an automatically renewing subscription service. The fee and term of the renewal are based on what you selected at the time of the upgrade. The subscription will continue to automatically renew until you cancel it.

I would like to reverse this charge yearly. And instead, I would like to be charged monthly($9.99).

You'll need to open a ticket with Support for assistance, but understand that Dropbox has a no refunds policy as described in the Terms. There are some cases where a refund will be granted, but only Support will be able to assist with that.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus users getting priority (longer for Basic users).
