I have a billing inquiry about a duplicate charge. Can you help?

My annual fee which is 99.00 was charged twice in the same year to my  paypal account. Once on 6/13/ 18 and again on 8/30/18  Please advise asap. Liz Stires

Hey there Liz - how are you today?

To be honest, it seems like the charges are associated with two completely different accounts (the dates of the mentioned charges are way off) and you should be able to verify this by using our self serve lookup tool from this page: 

https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt

You can check your current account's billing history from the billing tab as well:

https://www.dropbox.com/account/billing

In any case, I've reached out via email (ticket ID: 8943604to your Dropbox associated address so we can look further into this with all of my tools available.

Take a look at my message and we'll take it from there.
