You guys are total jerks. Mistakingly signed into this bull**bleep** service this month and it automatically renewed my subscription. Total rip off scam. I demand to have my account permit you deleted. There is no chance I’ll ever be using this storage provider again.

Did a quick look and this appears to be in relation to your Business Trial converting to a paid monthly Business (Standard) account? Just trying to make sure I am on the same page as you.  If it is this specific Business account, you can simply cancel your plan via the Billing tab.

Once cancelled it won't renew monthly.

If this was a reaction to your Dropbox Plus via iTunes/Apple, then you would need to cancel via Apple rather than within Dropbox, as Apple handles the rebilling, etc in these cases.

If there is anything we can help you with, just let me know

First off. Please dont use abusive language, there is no need and it can cause your account on here to be blocked. Even with the **'s in.

Dropbox is a subscription service, thats what you signed up for. It emails you a few days before payment is taken to tell you its doing this.

You can delete your account yourself at https://www.dropbox.com/help/account/delete-account , however, it wont issue you a refund so you may want to use it for whatever level/package you have signed up for until renewal.

Maybe go to www.dropbox.com/downgrade to stop future charges?
