😆Dropbox refused to credit my CC on an authorized personal account. Only contact to acquire information is to chat. Chat agent
sent me an email with a Ticket no. Sent required information and never heard again from agent. On my 5th chat again they refused
to credit the charge. Customer relations needs major improvement. UGH!
