I have a charge for a Dropbox subscription that I don't recognize, what should I do?

For an unknown reason, I keep getting charged, on a monthly basis, $9.99. I dont even remember making an account. I tried to use yo self serve tool to look up the reception, but the code that was on my bank account only 8 debits, and the tool wouldn't accept it
