I have a dropbox account but can't access it.

I have a dropbox account but can't access it.

I need to get into my Dropbox account to clean up some large downloads/folders but I can't even get into the website. The only thing that comes up is the page wanting us to setup an account. I have a lot of important things that I need to access!

You're trying to access the Team page of a Business account. Just go to dropbox.com instead.

You should have a Sign in link in the upper-right corner of the page. If not, take a screenshot so we can see what you see.

That's the URL and the only thing that comes up when I try to login. There isn't a login option on that page. Taking a screenshot is not going to happen, to much of pain.

I did. I tried it on several browser. Whenever I typed in dropbox.com that is what came every time.

I also have our link to dropbox bookmarked on the bookmark bar for easier access and that doesn't work either.

How come this is marked as a solution when there is no solution here?.

I also get https://www.dropbox.com/team/setup/team_info.. and there is no way to cancel this..

Please Help..

Sorry to hear about this @zekemx.

Could you try logging into your account via an incognito instance and let us know if you're still stumbling upon this page?

While we're at it, did you initiate a trial for Dropbox for Business teams sometime in the past by any chance?
