I have a few questions about billing and plans

Hi I'm new to dropbox. Im planning to get the 2TB storage for a yearly basis. My question is,

1. if I get now, do they charge me now? Or a year after?
2. A yearly says 9.99/month. Do I charged monthly or the sum of 9.99 in a year?

They will charge you now and then every year after that. 

 

And no, its $9.99 a month - you are charged that every month. For yearly it is $99 (plus taxes etc).

Sad part is. There is no contact for dropbox. No phone number. No human to be contacted. I need help and can't find the answers in the endless circle of tabs to nowhere.

In general, your support options depend on what kind of account you have, and you can find yours by signing in and going to dropbox.com/support
