I have a new email address but I need to change my password

Hello,

  This is Dave and I've been trying to get into my DropBox account to change my password for a few years now.

I have a different e.mail address now from when I originally opened my account years ago.  

I've tried getting into the system, but the site wants to send me an e.mail on the OLD one and I do not get them.

Any suggestions on what to do please?  Thank you.

Hi there @Davehall519, thanks for reaching out to us about this. 
 
As a first step, I’d recommend checking out this article which proposes some ways to tackle this. 
 
If you’re still having trouble with this, you can submit a Help Request here using an incognito window (without signing in).
 
Once you do, you can get back to me with the ID (eg. #1234567) associated with the ticket that’ll be created so that I can pass your comments along.
