Good morning, how can i get a hold of a person in order to find out how much money is owed to our account and process a payment?

I'm not sure what the issue here; could you elaborate a bit on your query? For example, did you account downgrade due to a payment issue or something else?
While we're at it, what is your account's plan tab showing?

HI Walter, thank you for youe reply. it appears that there is a balance due and we are unable to add/change users while this is outstanding. i need to know the amount owed and where i can call to speak to someone and process said payment.

yes, i believe we are part of a team- where can i find plan information?
You can find that information from your Plan tab through the website.
