Good morning, how can i get a hold of a person in order to find out how much money is owed to our account and process a payment?
Hey there @apiedra; welcome to the Community!
I'm not sure what the issue here; could you elaborate a bit on your query? For example, did you account downgrade due to a payment issue or something else?
While we're at it, what is your account's plan tab showing?
Let me know what you find!

HI Walter, thank you for youe reply. it appears that there is a balance due and we are unable to add/change users while this is outstanding. i need to know the amount owed and where i can call to speak to someone and process said payment.
Hey @apiedra, we're more than happy to try and help you from here.
Are you part of a team by any chance?
It would also be super helpful if you could let us know the subscription that comes up when you go to the Plan tab.
