I have a question about a recent transaction made to Dropbox

Hi! I am trying to an answer on a tweet on February the 19th, see below:

Ik ben vandaag gedowngrade terwijl ten eerste ik al meer dan 6 jaar klant ben bij jullie en ten tweede betaal ik € 11,99 terwijl een plus abonnement €9,99 is. Daarnaast is de reden dat het bedrag is teruggeboekt omdat ik het gewoon via mijn ViaBuy crad wil blijven betalen.

Hey Ronald, sorry to hear about that. Can you clarify what you mean that the last payment was “reversed”? What exactly happened? Let us know!
 
Om alles even op een rijtje te zetten:
Ik heb na maar geen reactie te hebben gehad mijn account op 21 februari zelf geupgrade via Ideal met mijn ING, [Removed as per Community Guidelines] na meerdere vragen via twitter. Alleen is er ook op 22 februari via mijn debetcard Viabuy, die 11,99 geincasseerd en ik geloof niet dat dit de bedoeling is.
 
Ook vind ik het niet prettig, dat alleen klanten met een businessaccount wel de mogelijk hebben om telefonisch contact te krijgen met dropbox support!

Resumé, ik wil graag antwoorden hierop en indien mogelijk telefonisch contact.

When did you post your reply to the message? Did you DM the Twitter team directly with your response? What error did you get?

Could you also clarify your question for us in English if you’d like us to assist you here? Were you charged twice for a subscription?
