I have a question about my billing information. Can you help?

Hi, I know that there are a lot of questions like this here but I doens´t works. I´ve upgraded my account to Proffesional but there are no billing information tools. Why? I need invoices when I am paying for it anyway... Or change it... or whatever... Thank you for your answer

Hey there @Pavlajahodova - how are you today?

If you are on a individual account and plan (like the Professional one), you can view your Dropbox invoices and transaction history on the Billing tab of your account settings here:

https://www.dropbox.com/account/billing

If you're the Admin of a Business team, you can view the details of your transaction history from the Admin Console: 

https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/billing/history

If you upgraded through your mobile phone's app store take a look below: 

1. For Apple, you should be able to view your invoice directly from the App Store following the instructions outlined in this article while you should also have received an email with the invoice within 12 hours of the original purchase. 

2. For the Google Play store, follow these instructions

I have my Dropbox upgraded to Proffesional individual using 2T paying every month but nothing is in my billing page... No invoices, nothing...

Thanks for the useful screenshot @Pavlajahodova - most appreciated.

As it seems you are logged into a free, basic account (those ones come with 2 GB of space) at the moment, it's normal to not see anything under the billing tab. Therefore, I'd suggest that you used our self serve look up tool to find the account you upgraded (and try to log into that account). 

Let me know how this goes.

Hey there @alma1029  - how are you today?

Kindly note that I removed your personal information (i.e. email address) from your post for security reasons.

As per your inquiry now, if you're the admin of a team account, you can view the details of your transaction history from the Admin Console:

https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/billing/history

If on an individual account and plan, you can view your Dropbox invoices and transaction history on the Billing tab of your account settings here:

https://www.dropbox.com/account/billing

Please note that there will be two links per transaction - one for your receipt and one for your invoice. If you'd like to see an invoice or receipt for a specific transaction, click on the respective links for that payment entry.
