I have a question about space and shared folders. Can you help?

My employee has 1TB of space and has shared it with me, i.e. I accepted invite to share and be part of the team yet I am still limited to upload more than 2MB into a shared folder. Does it matter who created the folder whether the 1TB of space is shared?

You do not get to share their space, you are still limited by your own space - this is entirely by design, and completely intentional.

If you want to upload more than the space in your account allows for, you will need to upgrade your account.

You are not sharing space, you are sharing files and folders.

If you want to share space, then upgrading to Business and requiring others to convert their account to Business using one of your licenses is the only way.

There is no way for a Pro or Basic account to share space, even as a recipient. Only Business accounts have the ability to take part in space sharing.

So I currently have 1TB on my account can I upgrade to pro or business to share the space with others or does each individual have to purchase the space?
