I have a question about upgrading to a monthly plan. Can you help?

Good Morning All:

 

I have had a free account for years, very underutilized I might add.  I want to "upgrade"  to PLUS.  If I opt for the monthly payments, and should wish to cancel at some point, can I do that without any penalty?

Hi @DS20243; welcome to our Community!

 

If you choose to upgrade to a monthly plan, be it the Plus plan or the Professional one, you'll be able cancel your subscription to downgrade your plan back to the free, Basic one.

 

When that happens, all of your files will still be there; only syncing will stop so you won't be able to upload more files if you're over your account's quota (the Basic plan comes with 2 GB of space).
