I have an issue with a payment. Can you help?

I just made a payment of $99 through paypal.  How do I find out what account that is for?

The payment was made with a debit card.  The paypall account is not mine but associated with dropbox.  It evidently is an automatic renewal because the payment was made before I had a chance to cancel it.  I do not know what dropbox account it is connected with.

It sure would be nice to talk with somebody person to person.

I have tried Dropbox support but it is not very user friendly.
