I have an issue with logging into an account of mine. Can you help?

Since 2018 I have worked with dropbox. In The meantime my e-mailadres has changed and is no langer in USD. Logging in through Microsoft or Dropbox fails. I am paying every month for the use of Dropbox but I can not reach my photos etc. 

In The meantime I have startend a new account. It concerns probably my e-mailadress [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]

My telephone nbr is [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]

How can I log in in my account and transfer the pictures to my new account or combine both accounts?

Hi @Riek; welcome to our Community!

 

Since you seem to need account specific assistance, I'd suggest using the relevant form to contact our team via an incognito window where you're NOT logged into any account. 

 

Also note that there’s no way to automatically combine individual Dropbox accounts. The easiest way to combine them would be moving all files and folders from the older account to the main one you want to use.
