I have an issue with logging into my account. Can you help?

Please I already have a Dropbox account with an email [email address removed as per the Community's Guidelines] which l have forgotten it's password for many years now, I tried refunding the account but to not avail but resently when I bought a new phone and try to login, a secret code was sent to that old email account. please what should I do? Since I have many important files in that Dropbox account, please help me out with this.

 HI @lyke55; welcome to the Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with logging into your account. 

 

In this case, I'd suggest contacting our support team so we can look further into this.

 

Just use an incognito window without logging into any account and contact the team through this form with as much information as possible.
