I have an issue with my homepage's width on Chrome. Any ideas?

Look, guys. Responsive design is really cool. Unless you hide the login link from the home page when the browser width is less than 1024 pixels. That's way uncool. And super annoying. Who designs a website like this? I would expect there to be a login link in the footer at least, since it's absent from up top, but it's not there either. I should also mention there is an operating system called "Windows" where you can resize your program "windows" to whatever you want, so having a Dropbox.com tab open that is less than 1024 pixels is going to be pretty common. Don't you dare treat me like a mobile pleb!

Please fix it thanks

Hi there, I just tested it out here on Chrome, and the login link does admittedly vanish, although this happens at 767 pixels wide. 768x576 was one of the older standard resolutions for a screen, and 768 width is the last pixel where the link appears).

I’ve attached an image as an example.

What browser are you using when viewing this? Have you tried different browsers to see if the behavior changes at all?

Good call. I tested in Firefox and the cutoff seems to be 768, which is more ideal.

BUT it is common practice that when you hide things due to responsive/adaptive design, you make those hidden things available in another place such as the footer, or a hamburger menu.

Thanks for confirming the issue in Chrome.

No worries, I’ll forward this info to our dev team to see if this is something they can look into changing!
