I have an issue with upgrading my account and a pending charge. Can you help?

I have tried to upgrade my dropbox to 2TB (119.88€ a year subscrition. Tried multiple times with companie's credit card. Always said " there was an error completing payment". My company told me that the bank informed that a payment was done to dropbox. My plan account still say that my accoutn is full. And my money in the credit card is on the account but not available to use (like being captive for a payment) what can I do?

Hi @jorge0001, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

If the funds were taken but haven’t been reflected in the account, then it’s possible that another account might have been upgraded instead. Try locating which account this could be from here.

 

Generally, if there’s an error like that, you can try switching browsers to see if this helps, or using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

 

If that doesn’t work, then the only option remaining would be to contact the bank directly to see if the funds were returned for some reason.
