I have an issue with upgrading to the Professional plan. Can you help?

Hii,

 I am a plus member . I want to upgrade my account to Dropbox professional. i have got a free trial period of 30 days . i want to availe that . Dropbox is asking me to give details of my debit/credit card no. but whenever i entered the card details dropbox is not accepting it. I dont know why?

i have paypal account but as im from India & in India paypal is not actively working so im unable to use that option also.

I am stuck in my work .i need ASAP solution for this otherwise i will be forced to move to other option available. 

Kindly help me to resolve this issue

Hey @Abhishekpradhan, welcome to our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you please send me a screenshot of the error you're getting when trying to purchase the Professional plan?

Have you tried using another browser by any chance?
