Me too!!! I try to cancel Dropbox and it then states it will cancel my Google back up which is paid for!! I am being billed $11.99 each month for something they have made it impossible to cancel!!! I AM NOT HAPPY! I have spent way to much time trying to figure out how to cancel this without jepopardizing my google cloud backup storage!!!

Daphne thank you. They told me to call the bank and dispute the charge and that everything would be dropped. Thank you thank you thank you I've been fighting this since October 8th.
