I have an unauthorized charge and I need a refund. What can I do?

My issues involve multiple unauthorized charges that are substantial $617+ substantial and something that's causing hardship and I'm hoping there's a way to expedite things I do appreciate all the assistance I've already recieved and everyone's willingness to help however I need to resolve thing in a more timely pace. It was 10/28 that I first made request finally after 4th attemp and one community discussion on Nov3rd I recieved response and helpful services that being said getting an email response only once a day and telling me it's been forwarded is a positive motion n all I need to get some more concrete or specific communication going my ticket # is 11565762

Does dropbox issue refunds for Dropbox plus? My plan was billed month for September and October but I hardly used it and was dissatisfied.

Someone used my debit card and charged $19.99.  I cannot locate a phone number or a way to talk to human on this website.  I have not idea with this service is for and I do not use it.  I need my money back and this issue fixed!

If someone used your card then your first call should be to your bank. They should be able to reverse any fraudulent charges due to a lost or stolen card.

There is no phone number. To contact Support directly, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Generally, you'll have to contact your bank for a refund as only your bank can process a chargeback request.
