Cancelled dropbox Business account and got Billed USD$ 450

i HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH MY BANK TO RETRIEVE MY 450USD THAT BILLED ON MY ACCOUNT AFTER TRIAL PERIOD. I HAVE REACHED TO DROPBOX BUT ONLY RECEIVED A TICKET NUMBER. IT'S A MONTH NOW AND FEEL THAT THEY ARE NOT BEING FAIR. SEE BELOW;

No transaction ID on my dropbox payments

I just realized the other day that I have been charged 19.99 on my card since january this year. I have no active subscription, and have not had one since 2019. There is no transaction ID listed, so it is not possible to use the billing tool. What I am interested in, is which account I am paying for and why, and obviously to cancel that subscription.

Hi Lori, sorry for the late reply, I've been very busy the past few days. What information did you need Again? Was is the first 4 and last 4 digits of my Credit card?

refund required. I cancelled the upgrade from Basic on 24/06/21, and have received confirmation of all the benefits I am missing out of, but you are still withdrawing money from my account. This has to stop and refunds must be provided immediately
