I have an unauthorized charge on my debit card. Any ideas what can I do?

I have a free basic account, but on 12/5 a charge of $119.88 from Dropbox was made on my personal debit card. I need help to resolve this ASAP. Thanks!

Hi @VoiceDesign - welcome to our Communtiy!

It sounds like you have your billing information tied to a Dropbox Plus account on the annual plan. You can use our self-served look-up tool to identiy the email address that's associate with the charge inb question if needed yb using this link:

https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt 

Should you need further, account specific assistance with your billing inquiry, I'd urge you to log a ticket with our team: https://www.dropbox.com/support 

Let me know the ticket's ID once you do so I can then locate it on our system and get on it as soon as possible.

Hi, Walter — The alphanumeric code attached to the debit card charge is 14 digits plus a dash and more digits. The lookup tool does not work with the first part or a version shortened to 12 digits.

Also, I followed the link to the support page, but I see no way to open a ticket. Please let me know how to do that.
