I have been incorrectly charged for plus. You should not have taken my money and then refunded and promised to make same charges in 4 days I have been charged for 185 instead of less. I have sent tickets not getting any answers very angry

As billing inquiries are best handled through our Official Channels, I'd suggest taking this to email. Therefore, I ran a quick search on my end and just found your latest ticket on our system and got back to you there.
On a side note, I've noticed that you've already had a reply to your previous ticket - I wonder if you've missed any of our emails at this point (in which case I'd suggest you took a look at your email's spam folder as well).

I answered your email I also forwarded all the other's and I didn't miss any emails noe of you replied to my reply maybe you ain't getting my emails?
