I have been incorrectly charged for dropbox plus

I have been incorrectly charged for plus. You should not have taken my money and then refunded and promised to make same charges in 4 days I have been charged for 185 instead of less. I have sent tickets not getting any answers very angry

Hey there @Angrystressed, sorry to hear about this.

As billing inquiries are best handled through our Official Channels, I'd suggest taking this to email. Therefore, I ran a quick search on my end and just found your latest ticket on our system and got back to you there.

On a side note, I've noticed that you've already had a reply to your previous ticket - I wonder if you've missed any of our emails at this point (in which case I'd suggest you took a look at your email's spam folder as well). 

At your earliest convenience, please take a look at your inbox and we'll take it from there. Thank you.

I answered your email I also forwarded all the other's and I didn't miss any emails noe of you replied to my reply maybe you ain't getting my emails?
I just sent you another saying answer me, perhaps I should have said [profanity removed as per the Community's Guidelines]?

Sorry for the late response @Angrystressed - I was out of office for the weekend. 

I found your email and got back to you there so at this point I'd recommend taking this to email for a faster resolution.
