I have issues with logging into my account. Any ideas?

New member | Level 2

I am having trouble loggin in to my account.  It will let me in for a brief second or two and throws me straight out. I then get an email saying that a new web browser has logged in.  I have clicked 'Yes' to confirm that this was me, but still it doesn't let me log in.

I have access to 2 dropbox accounts and the same happens with both accounts.  I have been logging in from the same laptop and have never had this problem until now.  I was trying to access the invoice from our business account when the problem stared.

Any ideas please?

Hey there @Tanya5  - sorry to hear that!

As this seems like a browser specific issue at first glance, could you clear your browser's cache, try an incognito window and/or a completely different browser (with no extensions or plugins running) and let me know if you experience the same behavior?

Hey there @Tanya5  - sorry to hear that!

As this seems like a browser specific issue at first glance, could you clear your browser's cache, try an incognito window and/or a completely different browser (with no extensions or plugins running) and let me know if you experience the same behavior?
