I upgraded my account and it didn’t show that I did when I opened my Dropbox

Hi there @GulliksenE, I'd be more than happy to help. 

 

Have you made sure that you signed in to the Dropbox account you upgraded? 

 

You can check this by having a look at the email address you've used to log in from:

  • Website - your General tab in your Settings.
  • Desktop app - Dropbox icon > avatar icon > Preferences > Account tab.
  • Mobile app - Account tab (iOS) or Settings (Android).

If it is the same account, could you let me know if you upgraded using our website or your mobile device?
