I haven't received my upgrade despite paying for it, why?

Hello,

I have upgraded my account, I think! I did log in and requested an upgrade and thereafter paid. However, I have not received a confirmation of the updgrading. Could you check my account  at [email removed as per Community Guidelines] or [email removed] as I don't want to loose my money.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or on the mobile app?

 

According to your card statement, was the payment made to Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?
