I am about to lose my mind. I was subscribed to PLUS, then mistakenly became part of someone else's business team. When I finally got the admin to remove me, I was downgraded to basic, which is way too small for my files. Then I have attemped numerous times to upgrade once again but it will not allow me to. I went into my apple account and unsubscribed and resubscribed, then I tried upgrading numerous times from the website. And of course, there is NO way to actually contact any real support. I even tried upgrading to professional just to see if it would work, and now of course I have been charged and my account is still BASIC. I have no idea what to do next other than throw my computer against a wall. Unreal.

I understand your frustration over this matter, let’s try to see why you can’t upgrade your account.
You mentioned using your Apple account, so most likely you tried to upgrade using the Dropbox mobile app on an iOS device. Are you able to see a subscription when you view your account in the mobile app?
If it shows that you’re on a paid plan, could you try tapping Account on the bottom right, then the gear icon on the top left, and finally Restore purchases to apply the subscription to your account?
If this doesn’t work, or you’re not on a paid plan, could you forward a screenshot showing what plans you have available when viewing it via the mobile app?
Thanks for responding. I tried the restore all purchases and got an error message. I have tried upgrading through the app on my computer, the app on my phone and through the dropbox website. The only thing I can think of is that my subscription through the app store says available until June 19th. After I tried and failed to upgrade to professional. Even though the subscription is showing as cancelled. Would that cause this issue? I need to be able to use dropbox right now, and am at a loss as to what to do next. I hadn't had a single problem with dropbox until yesterday and now it seems like there is no simple way to fix this huge problem.

It looks like you're already on a monthly Dropbox Professional plan until June 19th according to the second image. Could you confirm that your account email on the mobile app matches that one the one you use to sign into the site?
If it does, are you're not seeing the extra quota, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
