I just got a charge in my PayPal account and need a refund. Can you help?

I just good an email today  from Paypal that it paid for a new subscription from my account. I have just cancelled my subscription after seeing the email from Paypal.  I was unable to contact anyone about this payment.

I would like a  refund and reverse the Paypal payment.

Hey there @Patchy - sorry to hear about this.

As the best way to handle account specific and billing inquiries like this is through our Official Support Channels, I just went ahead and sent you a brief message to your Dropbox associated email address, opening up a ticket for you so we can work on this together.

Whenever you get the chance, please take a look at your inbox and we'll take it from there.

Thank you!

PS: Dropbox subscriptions are by default set to auto-renew unless you explicitly go through the cancellation process through your account's plan tab
