I keep getting charged but I'm on the Basic plan. What can I do to cancel those charges?

Hello! I am currently being charged a recurring payment for my Dropbox account which I originally signed up for a free trial. I have tried cancelling it many times both online and on my phone using the instructions on this site, but the option to cancel has not been there on either platform. I would like to know how I can get rid of these charges? I only have a Basic account, so I should not be getting charged!

Dropbox basic has no charge. So if you are getting a charge it is for a different account

 

Use https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/payments-billing/find-credit-card-charge to try and find it.
