I logged in but it doesn't look like it's my account

Hi
I logged into what o thought was my account and it is new I cannot find any files. I had two emails and they both opened like I created an account.
Please help.

How long has it been since you last used the account? If it was idle for more than a year, it may have been deleted due to inactivity. If that happened, then you've likely created a new account instead of signing in to the old one.
