I lost all my data. I have 16.75GB of data but now my strorage is back to 2GB and no data left

If I login into dropbox@kartasasmita.com it goes to abi.jabar@kartasamita.com. The most logical explanation is when my organization subscribe to dropbox pro and we have to connected to organization dropbox something I did caused my personal data switched to dropbox@kartasasmita.com and vice versa. Problem is partially solved. Most important is my data is not lost.

Dropbox does not delete data if you lose space. It sounds like you've actually set up / logged in to the wrong account. 

What is www.dropbox.com/events showing?

Very similar thing has happened to me just yesterday!! For no reason a large part of my files and folders have been deleted!! I actually got an email from dropbox about this, and now I have started the process of restoring more than 18000 files through the web access to dropbox. Hopefully it works!! I really don't understand how this could have happend!!!

Apparently something happened. If I log in into my account abi.jabar@kartasasmita.com, it somehow login into different id dropbox@kartasasmita.com. How to solve this problem?
