How can I contact Dropbox directly?
Without notice I lost half of my storage and I don't know why... (and no, it didn't expire!)

Could you clarify if you're missing space from the website, the desktop app, or the mobile app?
A screenshot (without any personal info) of the storage discrepancy would also be very helpful.

Do you remember how much storage you previously had?
Could it be that you recently added a shared folder which took up space on your account?

Thank you for everything but I no longer do screenshots. At this moment I have less then 3GB... I just wanted an direct email of Dropbox to resolve my problem if doesn't exist that's Ok, I just have to arranged another way (or platform).
For those who spend there time with me I'm really thankfull but I just want an email to get to the source.
