I lost my subscription. What can I do?

Hi 

i paid about a month ago for 1 year subscription 

and then i lost it 
i would like to use my subscription

Hi there @osamah!
 
It sounds like you’re referring to a different Dropbox account or that you had a monthly subscription under your account. 
 
Initially, could you please navigate to the Payments page for more info on this? Bear in mind that if you see an invoice but no receipt, it most probably means that you were either on a trial which ended and downgraded to a Basic account again, or the payment for your monthly subscription couldn’t be taken. 
 
Finally, you can upgrade again by the same means you upgraded before, either by visiting our plan page, or through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
