I am paying a bussiness account since a couple of months back. Today, I sent a link to share a fold with a workmate and I am not sure what happen but now, he is the admin of my account and i am just a currently user.
Can anyone help me to get back my account?

If you seem to have joined his Business team (which you can check from your Plan page), then you can ask them to remove you and convert your account back to a personal one.
To do this, they can follow the steps outlined here.
This should just revert your account back to the way it was before.
