Im a new dropbox user and im not able to accessor redeem my 20gb per year free offer as im not able to sign in only

Hi @Prahlad Sharma, thanks for checking in with us. 

 

At first, I'd recommend having a look at this article for more info on redeeming promotional storage space on your Dropbox account. 

 

Also, make sure that you sign in on the website using the same email address as the one you used to redeem your storage by navigating to your General tab
