I'm able to login on my laptop but not on my iPhone

I'm able to login on my laptop but not on my iPhone

New member | Level 2

Logging in on iphone, told password incorrect. Sent email to reset password. Password reset on laptop. Still can't logon to iphone app.

As a first step, could you let me know if you're getting a specific error message when you try to login? If you can send me a screenshot of it (without any personal info), that would be very helpful.
