I’m being billed but app says I have no space!

For two months now I’ve been billed the premium monthly charge, yet my app is telling me I need to upgrade and that I’m 2000% over my space allowance. It’s clearly downgraded my account and isn’t recognising the fact I’m making payments.

Dropbox support only offers for me to put the issue on this forum. Presumably there’s Dropbox staff here that can help me?

Hi @Scooop, thanks for posting on the Community!

Do you see any transactions on the payments page?

Did you pay directly on the Dropbox site, or via the mobile app? On your card statement, was the payment made to Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

This will help me to assist further!
