I've been charge 19.99 on my card every month since january this year. however I haven't had an active subscription since 2019. I am probably paying for a family members account or something similar to that, but I have seemingly no way of finding out what account I am paying for, since there is no transaction-ID visible on my bank account. All it says is db.tt/cchelp.
Hopefully someone in here can help me, since there doesn't seem to be any employees who can help me. They just keep referring to the billing tool, which needs an transaction-ID to work, which I don't have.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
This does not work, as when you are not logged in, it just asks me for the last 4 digits of my credit card, but still needs me to write the 12 digit transaction ID from the description. But the problem is, there is no transaction ID. It just says dropbox*db.tt/cchelp.
