I'm being charged by Apple but they say it's Dropbox?

I am being charged a monthly fee for my subsciption through apple. I've had it now for 2 years. The sync stopped working but I continue to be charged. It asks me to upgrade in order to get my account back up. Ive reached out to dropbox they say its apples fault and apple says its dropbox fault. Any suggestions on how to get this sorted?

Hey @Nala24, I’m sorry to hear about that!
 
I’m afraid that if you purchased the subscription through the App store on your mobile device, then the subscription is handled by them.
 
I'd suggest checking out how to cancel subscriptions made through the App store from here.
