I'm being charged monthly by Dropbox, what is this for?

I seeing a monthly charge to my credit card of $106.60 for DropBox. I don't recall signing up for this version of Dropbox, yet here it is. And according to articles, isn't refundable. I rarely use my Dropbox. Is there a free version? Feeling pretty cheated right now.

Hi @Swmadero; welcome to our Community!

 

To directly get to the chase, yes, there is a free version; our Basic plan that comes with 2 GB of space.

 

As per the charge in question, if it doesn't match what you see in your account's plan tab, then, you might be getting charged about another account of yours associated with another email address. 

 

To verify if that's the case, please use our self-served look up tool to see which email address is tied to the charge you're seeing.
