I'm concerned that someone has logged in to my Dropbox account.

If a user loggs into dropbox and claims he can see all my files how does one fix that?

Hey @CloudCFO, I'll do my best to advise!

Off the top of my head, I’d suspect that either of the scenarios below applies:

  • If you’ve accidentally shared a folder with them with these files, you could remove their access.
  • They can access a connected device or you’ve accidentally left a browsing session signed in to your Dropbox account. If so, you can sign them out of this session from your Security tab.
I hope that my hints & tips help you resolve that soon!

Thanks for getting back in touch with me here @CloudCFO

If so, then removing their access should help you get that sorted.

Please keep me updated on the progress. Cheers!
