I'm getting an error when trying to upgrade. Can you help?

I have to upgrade my Dropbox to Plus so I am trying to pay the bills. But it does not accept my card, it only shows " There was an  error completing payment ". I also tried different debit cards but couldn't pay. How can I solve it.

i need to upgrade immediately, so please give me a solution soon.

Hi @Dream Pics; welcome to the Community and happy Monday!

 

Can you please try upgrading your account via an incognito window or another browser?

 

If you still get an error when trying to upgrade, I'd suggest checking with your bank as well to make sure that there are sufficient funds and that international payments are authorized.
