I'm getting charged for an old account I can't access. Can you help?

Hi,

 

I have an old account under and old email address that I currently can´t access for some reason. I still get charged for my subscription yearly and have been trying to contact Dropbox without any luck finding an email or phone number. ANy ideas?

Hello @Kalle87, thanks for reaching out to us about this. 

 

At first, could you clarify why you can't access your account? Are you getting any error messages when trying to do so? 

 

As for the charges, have you already submitted a Help Request following this link?
