I'm having an issue with my access and payment to Dropbox. Can you help?

Explorer | Level 3

1. I tried to pay for a Dropbox subscription but your website never stopped "processing" (endless loop).

2. Your email systen fails (does not work), which is why I'm posting this here.

3. The labels function pro]vides no labels to choose from.

Hey there @1470rpb - sorry to hear about this.

As you described it, it seems like your browser is generally acting up. Could you try clearing your browser's cache and try again?

If this doesn't help, please try an incognito window or even another browser, with no plugins or extensions running - merely to exclude browser specific issues.

Should the problem persist, just let me know and I'll reach out from my end to your Dropbox associated email address.
